Yes. It is client-sided because first of all, we are the one who control our movement. We move, we jump, we run.

it's wrong for you to say that, it's just that the game doesn't check your coordinates with the server, else you will be getting rubber banded if you move beyond your original movement speed.

Well it's not correct to make this statement too. Haha. If you see from several packets recorded while moving your character with different movement speed, you will realise that the server only handle coordination of the character by receiving packet info from client. Which this mean, other than client handling instruction of character coordinate and generate them, there's no other side handling the instruction.

If asiasoft really want to implant server side doing the instruction and do a routine check, I doubt they would willing to do this instead of paying more to solve the bypass issue.

Edit: Hahaha! My words come true. They implant a crc check for hackshield. LOLOL

Haste rate Ideas.
Sorcerer Skill Wind Seal - Haste rate 20%.

like normal movement speed 5
Movement speed with peco value = 7
7 in game description is 140%

x = 5
140 = 7

x = 100% / value 5 = 100%
=> sorc haste rate 20% = value 1
............................
I did some addresss scanning believe Iam super nubie with CE, with my sorc 20% up haste with wind seal = value is 1 so many stuff increase value to 1 during scanning. also tried with Guardian buff + 30% haste rate 20%+30% = value 2.5 tried scan increased value from 0 > 2.5 also have too many result.. cant narrow it down.

If ur asking that am I trying for others to give some pointer yes I am. I admit I dont have any specialty in coding etc, I juz humbly ask for opinion.

Experience seeing people in game of Plausible hack>
1.Def hack - A warrior get hits only like 50dmg with my Ranger wearing PVP bow. hack with his skill defender or DefAura skill.
2.Wall hack seen few people ran inside wall in Coloseum. maybe it cuz of lag or something but ive seen it 3 times.
3. Refining Hack - seen this guy boast around with his +10 all EQ.
[I spent like a whole month in game, now finding Iam incapabble to enter new Dungeon cuz the COA glitch fixed didit finish the sealed weapon quest, so now on a long pause cant do much, and finding Teh GM is ripping people as PayTo WIn item is released in new patch = VIP thingy 10% Hp stuff fer one month VIP subs. Iam not paying for those, I rather find 'address editing' fer that. plus now the game check whether u have hack shield or not in liek 5 minutes, no hackshield running = DC.

helo. for ro2 sea theres vip card which boost ms by 20%. so izit correct if i say someone with vip card, they need to change the 1st float to 6 and the next value is 8.4. because the base no changing from 5 + (5 x 0.2) = 6. Tested using normal 5 and 7 but the address keep changing. any thought? btw when insert 8.4 we cannot use float? pls correct me if im wrong
