[Release] Harmony Bypass (NoDelay)

GUI version (easier to use) out soon as NDL is now allowed on ggRo (the most efficient way (at least better than relying on harmony) of solving the unbalance problem if you ask me).

They put back the "5 May" version. Plus you can just use nodelay.grf apparently, so you no longer need my bypass on this server.

So here's the GUI version :


The hot key will allow you to activate/deactivate NDL "remotely".

- It requires .Net Framework.
- Launch it as an Administrator if your game process doesn't show up in the list.

Dear Von, I try Gui's version in windows 7 and it work really perfect in another hand windows xp it doesn't work it show the text after run like this [is not a valid win32 application] how can i fix it work on windows xp sir, Thanks a lot

Oh, this might be due to the version of Visual Studio (C++ 2012, toolset v110) I'm using to compile my application.
A has been made so ima try that.
