[CCR][ACC] 90% Upgrade Chance
If u want to have a 90 % upgrade chance port to 117 enter the first big room and sit down on the floor ( YES ! Sit down !!! )
Upgrading stuff :
1-3 use T3 Gems !
3-4 T4 Gems !
4-5 T5 Gems !
Works 100% !!! Just try it, got the tip from a GM.

IT works !!!! i already made 3 +5 launchers and +5 shoes, cant be just luck, but i blowed 2 parts too ....
