Last time i checked the attack speed hack and dmg hack for launcher was working. Not as high as 2.1.6 times but still adds an aditional speed and dmg to your attack.
Cora mage attack speed: Its just a teory and i have never worked on it but, as you know the mage armors and a skill that decreases the cast delay of mage's. So find the hex codes of the armors and skill then simply try to edit them.

You can do it with WPE also, but it's pretty much pointless unless your DPSing a chip or a PB as you have to capture the packet for every new target. You can also do it 216/215 but with the wild rage hack and just go smack them lol
