i would like to edit my own to lessen the lags in other maps like ether coz even if you turn of the particle there are still some snows falling

LOL. you don't need a patch to disable the snow in ether. All you have to do is this:
1. Press "O" to open the settings menu.
2. At the bottom of the menu click and check "particle" to remove the snow.
3. Click and uncheck "help" for max unlag.
And there you go. Snow problem sloved
