Simplier Speed Hack Using CE

blink hack is way too obvious,even if I put 2(it's like wearing 1 wind and 2 elems) the character still do the blinking thing.even with that value of 1.

movement speed or speed for the gunners?

it works in rfo ph... tnx man...
its not that obvious campared to other blink hack..
just dont get hiatus by other race and the result will be visible...
man even if the bells hiatus me i still run faster than riding the jetack!!
