Lol.. but how do u wanna get so many resto talics w/out buying them? They worth more than just that 3m u can get by selling them to npc... it works same way with keen/favor/etc

it depends on the economic system of the server.
in RFE restoration talic has a maximum price of 1.5M so this is a very nice way to increase your race money...

RFe has old patch (2.1.6) so no exchanging it to chips (selling talics at high price was brought in in 2.2.1)

yes and restoration talics is easy to get when mining on RFE but you'll spend a hell lot of time combining it because you can't combine stacks lol.
