Question About ASPD

In this video, this guy uses classic CE config to get aspd but he did something extra. He uses wpe to send a package. Im trying to figure out which package that might be. I did something with attack package but nothing happened. Attack package starts with same code in the middle of the code gives info about monster and also code contains ammo info and finishes with FF FF. Also i scan rf bin with wpe while doing old aspd. This code can be send so many times but in game attack speed is not going to change. Maybe im looking at the wrong package i dont know. Any info about which package should i look ?


If i can do it i'll also share how i did it.

what file do you use in WPE? is it nessesary? or ill make my own? pls reply thankyou

Btw video doesn't belong to me.

Thats what im trying to do right now. Make that file on my own. Trying understand every package. What they do exactly. I learned a lot. But so far didn't success on this aspd. Its hard to do it cause my method is i simply go through all the packages and work on them. I dont have an expert knowledge about coding.

An example on how to find a code you looking for with wpe. Lets say you want to find ammo. scan the rf.bin 2 times while attacking with different ammo and compare changes after that you can understand the purpose of that very code.

Sir i tried this also but since i dont have that file " ASPD.spt " i could not make this perfect. check time 2:51 in video above. where can i find or how to make that ASPD.spt? thanks

FYI, who make the video is Wille, he is programmer, he can create item or jade to decrease launcher delay. And that is rf offline
