how to select new enemy without mouse

Hello,
is it possible to select a new enemy monster without using the mouse? like /target or something command? or does anyone know a tool for that? i can already afk buff but i want to know how to select a new mosnter. i know that you can set it to a hotkey with ctrl+1 and then press 1 to re-select it but wehen it dies, the selection is gone.. anyone know something?

I dont think there is a in-game hotkey to do that.
But you can do it through cheat engine if you know how to use it.
