the process was still the same in the bug quest before ( Novus Tree operation N )
the difference this time was on the last part of quest where you will get to recieve the potions, you have to fill your bags, all bags full, that way the quest item that you will recieve will be sent on the floor, giving only you the authority to pick it up. once picked up, the Premium counter on the potions will be gone (disappeared) and you can now drink all the potion. DO NOT LOGOUT UNTIL YOU HAVE DRANK ALL THE EXP POTION i did that and the pots disappeared.
operation-N < quest from outpost
fill your quest with 5 , get operation N, click 6 times, abandon 5 quest then get operation N
