Playing RFph in the states

Hi, I was wondering how can I play RFph in the states?
I can't even open up the patcher.
Someone already said chanding the IP address to a Philippine IP address. How would I change it to a Philippine IP address? Im using a router for my internet.
Can anyone help?

i do no! what AV are you using. mine is ESET Nod 32 3.0.667.0 and no trojans at all.

also this isnt just for me.. for anyone probably willing to play rfPH in any other country they can't play it in (ex. states, canada, ect.)


EDIT: also.. i hvant downloaded it yet because the other replier said it has a trojan?
can anyone check this download? i just want to be sure
