CANT CONNECT TO RFOPH USING SMARTBRO

I'd been using my smartbroadband for almost 3years now but suddenly just this morning i cant connect to RFOph. I thought it was a maintenance but even in their site the page cant be displayed anybody knows what suppose to be the problem... looking forward for it peaceout!!!

dont know how smart bro work, but try making ur ip static, and change ur ip, if possible..
