[Question] is it possible to Dupe your Buff?

The 00's might not necessarily be 00's, but that's about where you would find the 02 (or whatever value it is for that skill). It'll help to scan multiple skills and compare.

a simple English but you didn't understand.... use the buff you want to dupe and scan it... note that evry buff has its own respected code... if you you duped the buff.

ex..

if the evasion buff is 00, and the SM buff is 01, it is not necessarily that the buff you casted is or was thesame.. meaning you must not change the buff code for the evasion buff (00) rather changing the other codes..
