i mean, i found the thing im looking for when i scanned but i cant seem to see the slot codes.

can someone please help me out here?

thx for the clue i get the main idea, but when i tried the 7 step iget dced, i succes to manage to dupe my item but i cant sell it, i only can equip it....

I'm not sure if those address are the correct one, because he edited his first post containing the same thing (on earlier page)

but if ou want to find that, here's an easy way
1. put your item in the inventory bag 1 slot 2 (b1s2)
2. new scan, byte, exact value, search 0, first scan
3. move the item to bag 1 slot 1 (b1s1)
4. search for increased value, next scan
5. put your item in the inventory bag 1 slot 2 (b1s2)
6. search for exact value, search 0, next scan
7. repeat step 3-6 until you find addresses that is continuous
example: xxxxx3, xxxxx4, xxxxx5, xxxxx6
or xxxxx9, xxxxxA, xxxxxB, xxxxxC
8. browse one of those four address
9. try moving the item, if the code shifted to the next address (as shown on ethou's post), then it is correct

what you said really did work!

not only did i get the item codes, i also got the slot codes.

now, all i gotta do to get the code for the other slots is to do the same things you told me to.

after freezing the item code in the slot(slot 1 with the item) then move the item to the next slot(slot 2 with the original item), it seems to be empty but when i move the original item to the frozen slot(slot 1 with the item code) i cant put the item there, therefore it doesnt seem to be empty.

did you use hotswapping?

but you can only set the image of previous item in the slot, if you set the code or put the code of another slot will show not the same but the previous item in the slot

if you scan your item you will see the item code and the slot code where you put the item if you scroll down a bit. But if you scroll up you will see the dx xx xx xx (i forgot but it start with D) which means if the code was there, the item was put on the slot, if it became 00 00 00 00 means the items was on click (hanging, move, etc.). The right side of the code was 02 00 00 00 (or something) if you hang or move the item it became FF FF FF FF. If you trace the 02 00 00 00, will find it in another address with many FF FF FF FF

example: item was on the slot 1 (blank slot was FF FF FF FF) (4 bytes)

02 00 00 00 FF FF FF FF FF FF FF FF
FF FF FF FF FF FF FF FF FF FF FF FF

item was on the slot 2

FF FF FF FF 02 00 00 00 FF FF FF FF

if you trace it further you will find the 8 byte code

02 00 00 00 = was put on the slot

8f 03 23 21 = this was the item code if you scroll down when you search for your item (i think)

this is was look like in your CE

02 00 00 00 8F 03 23 21 = Item code
08 = if 08 was appear means item was on the slot
3F = this is a tail of the item code

*item code was became FF FF FF FF FF FF FF FF if you move your items in another slot. 08 change into something but the 3F remains. If you move another item in this slot of course it will change. What is this 3F code for? This code will check the previous item that put in the slot if the slot is empty.
try freeze the 08 and move your item to another slot. You will have 2 same items but the other was just only a picture, cannot move or click, because your item code was FF FF FF FF FF FF FF FF xD.


Which means item code and slot code has many link on it we have to find out what code to change to make it permanent. I just search my item then i find 4 link for item code and slot code.

man just learn many things and can't make the item permanent T_T...another we have to check is the assembly code although i was hard T_T

the code that have the 08 xx xx xx yy yy yy yy yy yy ... dont work, it dont have the item code its only the image if you put another number the same item will be displayed u.u




EDIT: i think its the same bug when you try to process rare ore some slots have the stone but you cant see, so you have to re-log to see

its the same idea? someone can confirm?
