easy edit your item.edf using hex editor so dat you wont need to change it over and over again using CE.

with the weapon scaning, if theres for example 10 adreses, so i have to change ALL adresses memory view A8 08 to 00 00 (dont know how to even do that cuz it keeps changing -_-") to get the effect?

Yes friend, u damage continues same, but u speed increase a lot, this is only the name xD
I dont know how to make pot delay 0 in CE (not interested), i have only a file that change pots automatically, but i not in my home now
