Ok, First of all u have to learn about CE Here >>> (Say Thanks to Broer for the tutorial)

and the rest just put in all the clue you got to the CE.

yup i also prefer hex editing..just edit it so u wont search your weapon over and over again evrytime u log out in CE.

hex editing is easier than using CE for the editing of the lv of the weapon/armor.
this is the same as equiping other races accessories..

Just a question, if you edit your item.edf file do you still have to hotswap or will it always be usable everytime you log-in/out?
