how to ups 100% relic,leons,and armors??

there is no cheat for this one i have tried almost all ways to do this. the fact is that upgrading is only server side. its easy to upgrade if the drop mod is high

but u need to make a character with [GM] mark...

There is. Someone in some server have an upgraded Leon Weapon.

i have this relic bow in RF ph but never wear it in public only in guild room...but its sealed and i have not seen that unsealing scroll

in praxis there is +4 leon hora staff but only 15% so its like a +6int hora staff but better because of the ignore shield effect

Why dont you wear it, relics aren't forbidden <_<. Ofc only if you have the right level to do so.The scrollsa are dropped by high level mobs and high PBs (Like Kartella Lab/Dagnu etc)
Btw as far as I remeber it's announced if you get a relic weapon in Hora Dark Holes(same as getting Type C weapons) so people would already know if you got it like that.
