I just found how to reduce the time between skill uses, not the actual skills.
What this means is that when you cast a skill, you have to wait for it to be animated and used, then you use another. I found a way to make it so that you can use the next skill very quickly after (not using WPE). The bad side affect is that your character animated like it is on crack or something =P
If anyone is interested, make post and I will decide to share or not (I need more damage!) anyone with dmg hack to trade is welcome!! (I use cora)
sorry to burst your bubble but this is already posted by MissRoadKill... by using CE and searching your name then browse memory region and add 80 and 3F separately and changing the value from 128 into 0 and 63 into 66... if you know how to use the x10 dmg hack you will notice that you can buff without animation...

its not actualy skill cooldown stuff... your just doing the ninja move the easy way... you can cast even while running lol... try it for your self.. this is best for mystics coz of there 16 cast able speels... not really *** for melle chars

in ayoris trainer there are boxes for it but i am using the EU version and there they do not work
