RF Online PH

Tried to play on playrf for sometime now but i always get quiting because of the server population and dc every 5 minutes..Private servers are not an option for me so i wondering if RF PH will be a better choice..so i have a few questions if someone will be willing to help me..

Can international players play on rf ph ?

How is the server population?

And most important if they are english speaking guilds there..

population at server rf ph
omicron : normal sometimes busy if server got mods
vasteral : busy coz most of player are high level hardcore server

i'm not sure but try it if you can change your ip to ip in ph.
