First off, you need a working Korean social security number, and they are getting very rare. Next u need a Korean ip, so u have to use a VPN. And No there aren't any good free VPNs out there so u have to pay for one. U have to use a VPN both to register and to play. So if u manage to get all this, then u can use the search function in this forum to find the guide u are looking for.

actually he is right, if your not korean you should not register or download.
Now people can access it by buying a KSSN most of the time but it last 1-2months, there really is none atm free that works.

I've been looking for a kts download for several days now. I tried downloading this one, but a few of the files are no longer on rapid share. I've looked everywhere on this forum, but haven't found any downloads. Only people looking for one and others complaining about people looking for one. XD And I've done a ton of Google searches. I've also tried downloading from Rappelz.kr several times. For some reason it never gets over 50% before it stops working and closes. I have a Korean vpn and a kts account. Haven't found a working download yet. Anyone know a good link or a link to a thread that contains one? I won't ask again. I'm not a spammer. Any help is much appreciated.

Hallo Zusammen,

ich habe heute mal probiert mich zu regestrieren für den KTS. Eine gültige KSSN zu finden war einfach jedoch hat sich das ganze Menü der koreanischen Seite verändert und das Eintippen von Koreanischen Zeichen scheint nicht mehr nötig. Allerdings bekomme ich das trotzdem nicht so richtig hin... ich denke das liegt irgendwie an der Adresse. Anscheinend wurde ein neues Verfahren implementiert was irgendwie die Adresse checkt... kein plan. Vielleicht hat jemand nen Tip was man noch machen könnte. Mit Google übersetzt sagt der mir das irgendwo ein Eingabefehler ist:
