[KTS] full english E7 client for KTS

i reseached it so its posible but you need a client that was a epic behind the one you use.so when epic 7 p2 gets out the epic7 part 1 client will be posible to use on kts.all you need is the russian patch for kts and modefy your sframe.i dident do it but its posible my friend done it and he plays in german.

can you post a download link to the patch your talking about here? i dont even know where to begin to look for it other than googling rappelz kts russian patch and finding nothing
