How i can open item shop in rappelz.biz ? i no have shop page :/

You can open it, you just can't buy anything from it as it's using gPotato.de for the item shop.

Best bet is to ask a GM to give you the item you want, but chances are they won't give you anything, so just simply modify your SFrame.exe client to load an Item Shop which lets you buy things for free.
