Needing Help With KTS Guys.
 Okay so ive tried making a KTS account several times now , i have a KSSN that works just fine but one im all done with registration "etc etc" i get some sort of error "aka i cant read it cuz im not Korean" but all i can tell is that the number "15" is within the error .. now i know this dosent make sense but i guess what im asking is number 1 , could someone PLEASE make me a KTS account or number 2 what dose this error mean? ive now tried 3 times with the same error sooo. any help?

as far as i see you are not even trying to translate this picture on your own.
there are sites with korean diy keyboards.
p.s. you are registering as 14 years and below.

Well i recently downloaded dekaron a chinese server it was at 5500x working perfect now strange thing is when i load my explorer webpage im curious yu see at the top alot of chinese words riteing saying dk 333 or something i would just like to know how to remove this from the top of my webpage its not on firefox just explorer ....
