[KTS] Looking for a korean vpn

I'm a Rappelz player and i try to go on KTS for some time now. I already have a KTS account, i have done the launcher update but now i have a problem to log on the game. This is the translate of the message i can see after clicking on the right button :

Access to the same IP as your account has exceeded the number.
One day to the same IP has exceeded the number of accounts accessible.
This is a limited state of the account or use the line.

I have tried to use a korean socks5 proxy but it's not work this is why i ask for you if you have a korean vpn adress (preferably free) or just a tips or an answer to my problem.

try typing wide vpn in google use there guide, costs 10 usd a month and can being a pain to set up. but it will get you on.
