You need to use a client building tool to pack a French stringresource.rdb back into the data files of your client.
It will not work 100% but it will help.
Thanks to SilentWisdom and Grimiore with a little bit of learning the tool from the release thread you could do just that...
Make sure you use the link on the last page of the thread to download it as it is the most recent release.
