[Paid] Looking for a 9.4 Rappelz Server Developer

Hey, thanks for taking the time to read my post

I have been playing rappelz for nearly 8 years, since epic 4 was first released.
After playing til the end of Epic 5.2 I began playing private servers.
I have been playing private servers enough to have knowledge of what can make them more fun and enjoyable for Jack's of all trades. I plan to create a server where everyone can play in harmony however it is taking longer than I would like and I can not find out where to even begin to put my ideas into motion. I have written over 30 different pages in the last 4 months of what could be better and what makes servers broken.
I am looking for somebody that has experience developing that would want to split profits 50/50 and I will pay for server hosting as well as advertising and programs needed.
