Well let me at least be polite enough to respond to your post.
Most of the private server work and discussion happens in the private server sub forum...
As far as older epics I dont think anyone has gone as far as epic 3 yet as there are no epic 3 server files.
We do have an Epic 3 client but it would have to be run on a higher epic server file release which would require actually using a higher epic client and building the epic 3 content into the higher epic client.
There are some developers working on epic 4 servers and some epic 5 servers, but I am not sure anyone will put so much effort into epic 3 or if it is even still possible to back date the epic 5.2 files so far.
