when you will a stabile server , i think you must need a nice vServer with 4GB ram and Traffic Flat... Any vServer's are from any Companys and coast by the one 10 $ and by the next 20$ you must see, what is the best for you^^

Elementalist 8x Full realm (mixed light / pois ) some realm parts in inventory, all stoned, good yellow stats on all realm parts, nice chackram. It comes with Luke necky *bound*.
Also on the same account archer without any realm parts lv6x rogue + ele lv3x ex shuta farmer or next kark farmer maybe :P (also no realm parts on it)
