I just wonder why you blanked the bottom left logo on loading, that would quickly prove you were on retail server. Furthermore, it looks like a client sided edit, because the only other way you could adjust player speed is via the GS itself (using IDA Hex Rays w/ server .pdb) to find appropriate function.
