KTS Patch (English)

This KTS-Patcher is an program developed by me and contained by me & soul ;

the KTS-Patcher will make your client english (from korean to english) and we will try everything in our power to keep the new content english as much as we can.

Also we will provide better stability for the client and/or changes on request for all users.

SETUP:

1. Download the KTS Patcher below
2. unzip it in your rappelz location (inside the folder where the launcher.exe is at).
3. remove the launcher from your desktop
4. make a desktop shortcut for KTS Patcher instead.
5. use KTS Patcher (it will update & start the launcher(KTS))
6. always use KTS Patcher as ur normal start-up procedure, will keep your data updated!

Incase you get an issue with another launcher starting up even tho the patcher is in the KTS folder you may need to rename the launcher.exe to KTS.exe and use KTS Patcher v.1.0.3s (special) which is coded to be starting KTS.exe instead of launcher.exe

+ An bug has been fixed where the patcher could not delete existing files and there for could not update the correct file(s).
+ Added an (test) texture string to test the 9.1 new weapons.

bug : the file.list document never really refreshed himself, there for it kept downloading unnecassary files.

bug : when a game such as 'Dragons Prophet' is installed you'll be required to rename the launcher.exe from the rappelz folder to KTS.exe

Notice: KTS-Patcher will be down for a month (website) due server location transfer, web enlargement etc. the expected date for re-launch will be next month somewhere.

Do not delete ur launcher, it will work once again after i've fixed some issues.

unfortunatly it took abit longer due that im re-coding the whole patching system so we can use it without any bugs.

hey misterd, just wanna say thanks bud for the effort u put in this project. I am just curious as to why you made this patcher, is the Krappelz different from the NA version? sorry new to this game so was just wonderring, or does the korean version have more content then the NA one? if you or anyone here could clarify that, thanks

Hello, first of all welcome to rappelz and I do hope you'd enjoy your way playing it.

Korean-Rappelz (test server) is diffrent than the American(Webzen) version, hereby we speak about;

- If you download the Test Server, everything is in korean, so you cannot read what items you have, or what you have looted. my patcher will make everything asmuch as I can english for you, (all new content such as 9.1) will be added one by one done byhand (thanks to my korean translation team/myself for studying korean).

basicly, my launcher will ''patch'' your client to an up-to-date Korean server, with English content to play with. but we can also do more than that.

Lets say you dont like an name of an NPC I will be able to change that.
Lets say you dont like how the interface looks (U want it pink!) we can change that.

the limititations are all gone by using my KTS-Patcher, and i'd try to make an playable envoriment on this great test server with new content.

we all hate being limited, so from now on i felt like, hell no. i want my ''people'' i play with to have the same luxury i have. and I will give it to them.

hopefully i helped you with your question.

Currently i've completed the launcher itself, and the Interface on the launcher basicly all what is left to do is to setup my domain, and to code the downloading / updating part.

Great to hear from you guys that you're willing to see this project being going on
