can someone help with KTS please?

hello,i found out about that KTS server,but almost none of links didn't worked from that guide,also i couldn't register,so i would be very thankful if someone could give me working links,and easy way of register,or some guids or anything else what could help me to download and register in this game and i could play it,becouse someone hacked and delted my char in my acc of global rappelz,and i just don't want to play it agen,i want to up lvl faster now,so help me please

Unless you live in South Korea you won't be able to play on the KTS anyway, they have blocked all non-South Korean IP's.
