S game.server_screenshot_url Help please

Okies if there is a such thread already i have searched alot and had no luck finding :/ So please dont complain i dont post much at all I figured everything else out myself.

Now can someone please help me out I am trying to place a pic in my S game.server_screenshot_url: Ok i have done it BUT for some weird reason it does not display right at all! its usually way to big or way off I guess my question may be what is the resolution I should use for this picture? Thanks for any replys and help in advance and to get more in detail this is located in my gameserver.opt

first off tyvm for ur help I did everythin u said and it works but it shows the white background around the image. Do u know how to fix that? here is a pic

dang 550x350 dont work still get the white line and doesnt show full pic.
Any way to fix this?

have it load an html file that displays the image, but css for a black background...
