wen you download the .rar file you will find to programs in it arcadia an the luncher you just have to but the launcher in arcadia and edit it but you ip , gluid site(if you had one),shop site(if you had one),and help site (if you had one).

Reasons:
US launcher is fuckin' ugly. US help files are awful. Korean Rappelz (normal and KTS) have the best help files on any server, and I'd love to translate them and release them.
