HELP!!!!!

Listen im sick of it, im just asking for a help nothing else im trying to fix it for whole day and its not working, i want to make effects of 150 155 160 equips, voidwarp, sandspike, the things on this site

i checked it and dont understand how to do it, i was on darknessfight they have it, also asked a gm there and he said he dont know that his friend did that for him, can anyone help me with that please? Also how to make that + automatic buff system... pls guys :S

ive tried to get it work.. but i failed totaly... i need help also.. but the guid in ncarbons forum is ****.

i was on darkness fight server, and there is working, idk why i cant make it work :S
