How to solve this problem?

The last part in the registration I can`t make it so if you can please help me

that problem i had befor too...

$sql_host="ur sql instance id"; if u wrote there something wrong u get error line 25.

example : $sql_host="Yuni-PC/SQLEXPRESS"; // It can be : localhost\sqlexpress

i tried it a 100 times ~~ still not working
