Hi all,
Im searching for the Ingame GM commands
(The commands we can type in the chat to change something in the server)

Why don't you go find the list yourself its not hard.
Simply go to the Telecaster database expand the tables tab and find the AllowedCommandsForPermission table right click and click select all rows then there u r, a list of the available commands. Sorry just don't feel like making a list atm. But hope this helps.

if u wanna add buff for example:
type ingame:

/run add_state(1013,10,8640000,"CHARACTER")

the command is #add_state(1013,10,8640000,"CHARACTER")
ingame it just /run and then the command without the #

You're in the wrong forum

To answer no you can't skills only go to the levels that they are predefined for in the database.

You would need to redefine the skill entirely.
