[Help]need to change SFrame encoding

Hi evryone
I need to help me in changing English SFrame encoding to UTF-8 because when i put it in arabic client it doesn't appea the synthax

Theres probaly a region setting in the sframe if you know hex editing then try find the korean/english or arabic language settings.

try using rappelz middle east sframe i think its arabic

the probleme is the Game Guard i don't know how to remove it
