you need to use mssql and use my query to find it.

First you have to understand the ticket currently doesn't work. I've tried to give it an lua to make it work but that hasn't done it. Perhaps setting the on_use effect via it's Database record. BTW the HV Ticket is available in both the Redemption and Arcadia repacks. (v1.02, v1.2 respectively)

The item itself is useless. You need to add the buff and modify some LUAs to gain access to the Hidden Village.
