Launch Rappelz Recovery Agent, if the client crash, it's reboot automatically

The server can crash even without that, the program closes. So when the windows message comes "the program is not responding."

if you go on arcadia dev forum and DL the new adcon4 tool it has a server restart function aswell as auto restart.
