123456789 - Its the ID of the item. I checked on personal experience.

Empty Strings are caused when an item/quest tries to reference a Name String in the client that does not exist: The game then displays the Name as Empty String and added the Item Number to the end. There is nothing to discuss unless you are capable of adding strings to the client.
