It's her right as the Host. If she wants to go off and pk anyone then she can. Yea, its not very good hosting. However, nobody's telling you to play her server.

i personally love her methods, shes started a couple pk wars outside of hori that are soooooo much fun, and the buffs are all under 200%, nice but reasonable, so go troll somewhere else, yuni's server rocks!
