Find an Ideal Host such as Virtual Server Hosting, that is compatible with SQL Server 2008

Once you find one, they can set it up for you, all you'll have to do is sync, and follow what they tell you to do. I have made p-servers using VPS's before. Its not the simplest thing in the world to do, however there are plenty of guides out there to let you know how to sync your SQL server to the VPS
