Hamachi Problem

Hello İ have rappelz Private server . İ can login server but when my friend try Login Cant Connect to server :S
He join my hamachi server i Write Auth server thats:
start_service
set game.open_external 1
But He Cant connect to login server HEEEELp

İ changed My Gameserver and Auth .opt but we ares problem dont fixed :S
I login server correctly but when my friend try login he have this Error

OS? Your friend got the right ip? Ping via hamachi successfull? set game.open_external 1 executed? got a firewall? if OS = Win7/Vista: Allowed the game to communicate with public networks?

My friend have right ip İ ping him But that is failed İ write set game.open_external 1 İ Xp He is Xp

there is a very basic problem when even ping fails. Do some google research about this. Your hamachi connection isn't working properly or anyone of you guys got a very restrictive firewall. this is the wrong section then.
