You should try to use the search button, or just check the sticky threads, for example the Rappelz PRIVATE SERVER Commands thread, which explains how to create an account manually through the SQL Management Studio.

HOW TO - Create an account manually through database:
Log into your database, open Auth and right click (Edit first 200 Rows) on db.accounts.

The table should look like this:


Create a new line and use any account_id (ideal: last + 1), enter the login_name you want, and for password use this site and write 2011anything (2011 is the MD5 key followed by the password you want). Copy & paste the MD5 Hash into the password field. Then just copy all the other fields from the one above and save. That's it.
