Simply put anyone offering 7.1 files right now should be entirely ignored. NCarbon offers the 7.1 Client SFrame on their Public FTP. If you want it that bad go to NCarbon's website. Be aware they are going to tell you the 7.1 client doesn't function correctly at this point.
