job change quest problem

hi guys i got problem with my pserver when someone take the job change quest from glidas and go to job change npc and press the quest nothing happened can you help me plz if you dont know how tell me how i can make the teleporter can tele to horizon , laksy, katan even if char lvl is 1?

(Or just copy paste this one in there, be sure to backup the original, I didnt test this, but it should remove the checkups on quest progress and job change, so the warps will be available without any quests.)

About jobchange:
Make sure you are level 10 and job level 10. Then when you got that "First Class Change" quest from gildas visit the given npc to begin your job change quest.
