It means that there's mobs missing. Most of them are lower-level champ (elite) mobs. As long as you don't have hundreds of those messages then everything is ok.

Then you don't have your resource\newmap folder in the correct location or it's empty.

In the resource/newmap folders in your main folder. Just like Pyrok said.
