this is the last server file release from ncarbon team with some new fixes

new fixes :

* Sanc Portal Fixed
* CV Portal Fixed
* Field teleports Fixed
* Remade repack


old fixes :

*pets *including ifrit,genie,naga nm and uni summon but lack learning skills.* tames were also fixed.

*all portals including sanc,pp2 fixed toa is not.

*halloween wonderland is open *no key required works up to lvl 150*

*hv works theres a pass sold in kts npc.*fixed blacksmith,buffer,2nd wh*

*inventory,max gold increased.

*names,hair,friends,duels.

*dungeon mobs updated to the true e6 build *higher def,hp,more exp ,etc

*added a teleporter to ursa lobby

*auction house fixed

*warehouse fixed

*sort is fixed

*donation alter ranking fixed

*invisable walls fixed

*max lvl increased *default is set to lvl 170 can go up to 300 in opt*

*lag correction

*job lvl bonus fixed

*flea market fixed and all npcs present and working

*recovery console for gameserver becomes standard in repacks now

*skill bar bugs fixed
