i know there is ton's of guide how to make server but i got problem on Windows sp3.Can some1 make guide how to make server on SP3.

Ehm? I don't get get your question, SP3 is a service pack...what problem do you have?

Do i need have windows7 on my pc so i can make privat server or i can use SP3?

You can Use SP3.. just follow the **** guide, I've even did it on my XP-Sp3-HDD at home..
