Open the 3 files. They have to be in your game_bin folder!

Copy the Text to this Thread and we will check them for you.

By the way. Idk the complete ,opt setup atm, aren't there some lines like

S db.c.user blabla
S db.c.pass blabla

for the auth and the gameserv? he didn't got them and he was also mixing his localhost ip with his lan-static-ip .. so this one couldn't work
